Four excellent wines from Neethlings at The Nederburg Auction

Four excellent wines from Neethlingshof will come under the hammer of Bonham’s Anthony Barne MW at this year’s  Nederburg Auction.

Two of Neethlingshof’s Pinotage wines will be showcased, including the 2001 Lord Neethling Pinotage and 2006 Owl Post Pinotage, both full-bodied with abundant cherry, vanilla and oak spice flavours.

Also on offer from Neethlingshof will be the 2006 Gewürztraminer, a spicy wine with floral undertones, and the 2003 Weisser Riesling Noble Late Harvest which has a typical botrytis cinerea nose of dried apricot, honey and peach. Its acidic palate tempers the wine’s sweetness, accenting its apricot character and giving it a refreshing and vibrant edge.
